This Privacy Policy is prepared in accordance with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). LUWEI services are intended for users aged 14 and older. We do not collect personal information from children under 14.
1. Processing Purpose
- Account creation and login (authentication)
- Service provision: spa/sauna/hot spring/aesthetics place curation and mood-based recommendations
- Community service: posting and displaying reviews, photos, and videos
- Service quality improvement (error analysis, performance optimization), security/fraud prevention
2. Processed Items
Required: Email (account), Authentication information (passwords are stored as hash/authentication system)
Service Data: Mood check records, favorited places, search and usage history
Community Data: Nickname, review/post text, uploaded photos and videos, likes/favorites records
Access Logs: Access records for security and operations
3. Retention and Use Period
Retention/Deletion: Service records are deleted immediately upon account deletion request. Minimum payment-related information (transaction ID, payment date/time, amount) may be retained when legally required, in accordance with applicable laws, for the minimum required period.
4. Third-Party Provision
We do not provide personal information to third parties in principle. For processing entrustment, please refer to section 5 below.

- Supabase: authentication/database/storage
- Vercel: web hosting and service deployment
- Email delivery service: newsletter delivery (when in use)
- Google Analytics (GA4): anonymous usage statistics and service improvement (uses cookies)
- Naver Analytics: usage statistics analysis (uses cookies)
Cookies and Tracking Technologies:
- Functional cookie for language preference (luwei_locale)
- Analytics cookies for usage statistics (Google Analytics, Naver Analytics)
- Authentication cookies for maintaining login sessions
- You may disable or delete cookies through your browser settings. However, some service features may be limited.

6. User Rights and Exercise Methods
- You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing
- Delete your account in Settings or request via email (business@luwei.kr)
7. Destruction Procedures and Methods
- Destroyed without undue delay upon expiration of retention period or achievement of purpose
- Electronic files are deleted in an irrecoverable manner (physical deletion or rendering inaccessible through encryption key deletion)

10. Additional Processing for Partner Onboarding and Customer Booking Payments
Additional collection items during Partner self-onboarding:
- Business registration number, settlement bank account (bank, account number, holder name), operator name, email, mobile phone
- Purpose: Settlement transfers, tax invoice issuance, venue operation notifications
- Retention: 5 years after contract termination, in accordance with the Framework Act on National Taxes and the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of the Republic of Korea
Items processed for Customer booking payments (applied equally to Korean and international customers):
- Name, email, mobile phone (optional), country, booking details, payment card information (processed directly by NicePay; LUWEI does not retain)
- Purpose: Booking processing, Partner notifications, payment authorization and refunds, dispute resolution
- Retention: 5 years after payment completion, in accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
Additional processors:
- NicePay (NicePayments Co., Ltd.): Credit card payment authorization, cancellation, and refund processing
- Resend (Resend Inc., USA): Welcome emails, booking notifications, settlement notifications
- Processors use data only for the purposes specified in this policy
Right of withdrawal:
- Customer bookings: 100% refund up to 24 hours before start, 50% refund up to 2 hours before (see Refund Policy for details)
- Partner listing fee: The right of withdrawal may be limited within 7 days once the venue page is activated and the setup wizard is accessed (immediate digital service provision)
User rights:
- You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information
- Modify directly through the Partner Dashboard (/partner/settings) or User Settings
