About this place

Notes

Asan is famous for its hot springs, and Spavis makes full use of that water. Clean facilities and a wide variety of pools. But many families visit, so it is not ideal for relaxing quietly. Just an hour from Seoul for a day trip, and since the spring water is genuine, the water texture is noticeably different from regular saunas. Baths are sorted by temperature: natural hot spring bath 42°C, yellow clay bath 40°C, salt bath 40°C, and 23 seasonal event baths also at 40°C. Outside there's a hot spring pool at 38°C and a wave pool at 34°C built for 1,000 people, which is where the summer weekend crowd ends up. Sauna is a single public sauna. A full-day pass runs 50,000 KRW for adults, with discounted rates starting around 26,000 KRW. Hot spring access alone is 12,000 KRW, the better call if you came for the water. Booking through Yanolja or Klook brings it down further. Open 09:00–18:00, shifting slightly by season, no closing days. The 18:00 close rules out an after-work visit. Lockers, shampoo, body wash and hair dryers come standard, plus parking, a restaurant, vending machines, a kids area and wi-fi. Cash and cards both work. Weekends get genuinely busy, and the mood sits closer to a water park than a quiet bathhouse.

Practical notes

₩12,000 for hot spring only. Discounts via online booking (Yanolja, Klook, etc.).
