The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul occupies the 3rd floor of the hotel and ranks among the upper tier of Seoul's five-star hotel spas. It runs a range of treatment programmes. The bathing area is split into cold, warm and hot baths, with an indoor swimming pool, a vitality pool and a kids pool alongside. There are two sauna types, a dry room where you sweat in hot dry air and a steam-filled wet room, plus a Korean-style sauna. The floor also holds a leisure lounge, a fitness centre, a golf zone and a juice bar. Treatment rooms are private, and if you want a view toward Gwanghwamun and Gyeongbokgung, it is worth requesting a window-side room when you book. Opening hours are 12:30 to 21:30 on weekdays and 10:00 to 21:30 on weekends and public holidays. The sauna closes on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Prices start from ₩300,000 and advance booking is required. Weekend slots fill quickly, so book at least a week ahead, ideally two. Weekday mornings are quietest. Hotel guests can use the pool and sauna free of charge, which makes it practical to head to the facilities after check-in and save a treatment for the evening.
