Hyoso Enzyme

This is an enzyme bath that ferments cypress sawdust and uses the heat it gives off. There are four tubs, and only one group is taken per time slot, so whether you come alone or as a four, the space is yours for that hour. The sequence is fixed. You change, spend ten minutes on a belly warmer and foot bath, loosen up on a full-body vibration device, then spend 15 minutes in the cypress enzyme. Coming out, you scrub with the enzyme still on your skin, soak in water infused with the same enzyme, and finish with a shower. Rather than rinsing the enzyme off, the course uses it across three stages. One slot runs 60 minutes. A single session is 79,000 KRW; a ten-session pass is 790,000 KRW with one extra included. Disposable underwear, bath clothes and a hair cap are provided, and you finish with citron tea. It is a seven-minute walk from exit 5 or 6 of Naebang Station. Closed Thursdays; other days 10:00-20:00. Booking is through Naver or by phone, and groups of three or more should reserve two slots. There are two dedicated parking spaces under the building.
