NotesMarquis Thermal Spa & Fitness Club at JW Marriott Seoul offers a spacious, impressive pool. Body treatments and facial programs are also available. A day pass is available, so an overnight stay isn't required. Rates start from 200,000 KRW. The fitness club, sauna, and pool run 05:45 to 21:00; The Spa closes on the third Thursday of each month. The water is Marquis thermal water, feeding both the therapy pool and the sauna. Next to those sit a 25m six-lane pool, a kids pool, and a jacuzzi. This is less a place for sinking into a hot tub than a place for spending time in water. The rest of the building is broad. Alongside the Marquis Fitness Club and The Spa there is a scuba diving pool, a screen golf range, a basketball court, and a squash court. The address is 176 Sinbanpo-ro, Seocho-gu, walkable from Express Bus Terminal Station. Weekend afternoons get crowded, so a weekday or an early slot is the better bet.
