Stunning 37th-floor dry sauna with Skytree views. Amethyst crystal steam room. No cold plunge (cool down with ice and showers). There is no day pass for the Heat & Water facilities on their own — access is for treatment guests and hotel guests. Bathing is nude in the Japanese custom, and tattoos must be covered. Ages 16 and up. Spa hours are 10:00–21:00 Mon–Thu and 10:00–22:00 Fri–Sun. Arrive 1 hour before your treatment — the real pro tip is 1.5 hours early.
