Mokdong Paragon Spa

A large jjimjilbang (Korean sauna lounge) on the sixth basement level of the Mokdong Paragon building, fitted out with a wide range of facilities. In a jjimjilbang you change into a cotton uniform and move between heated rooms of different temperatures and shared rest areas. The bathing area has warm, hot and cold pools plus a footbath and a bade pool. The heated rooms centre on a traditional wood-fired steam sauna, alongside a low-temperature, low-humidity antioxidant reduction room, a charcoal board room, a salt room, a charcoal room and a chilled cold room. The sleeping room requires a gown, and free extras include a body composition analyser, a Ceragem thermal bed, a calf massage area for women, a kids' playroom and phone chargers. It runs 24 hours a day, year round, and admission covers 12 hours from entry. Rates run ₩10,000-₩15,000: sauna access is ₩10,000 early morning (05:00-09:00), ₩11,000 daytime (09:00-21:00) and ₩12,000 overnight (21:00-05:00), while jjimjilbang access is ₩12,000, ₩13,000 and ₩15,000 respectively. Minors are not admitted after 22:00. It sits 489m from Exit 2 of Omokgyo Station, with parking on the building's second basement level — four hours free for daytime entry, nine hours for overnight entry, then ₩550 per 10 minutes. Restrooms, entrances and seating are wheelchair accessible.
