Onyang Oncheon Land

Onyang Hot Spring in Asan. A historic hot spring with records of King Sejong visiting for therapeutic purposes. With jjimjilbang, fitness center and other facilities, it is a full-day complex hot spring destination. Source water runs at 57°C. The alkaline hot spring bath is kept at 42°C and the outdoor bath (nocheontang) at 40°C. This is a 600-year-old oncheon (hot spring) using 100% natural spring water. Admission is 10,000 KRW for adults and 7,000 KRW for children aged 1 to 7. Both the baths and the jjimjilbang run 24 hours, year-round, and there is a fitness centre inside the building. A separate kids' hot spring and a Kids Land play zone, with age-graded equipment on each floor, draw a lot of families; the kids' hot spring keeps its own hours, so check before you go. Parking inside the building is free, with accessible bays. There is a restaurant, Wi-Fi and gender-separated restrooms, and overnight stays are possible. Culture Nuri cards are accepted. Onyang Oncheon Station is walkable and the Asan intercity bus terminal is close by. It is a long-established tourist hot spring, so condition varies from section to section. Phone 041-541-3700.
