You take the stairs to a single door marked with the logo and a keypad lock, and inside there is a reception desk under a STAY SERENE sign. The interior is white plaster divided by vertical timber louvres, and a welcome tea is served in a glass in the waiting area. The powder room has three lit mirrors with hair dryers, curling irons and styling tools, plus stools. The scrub takes place in a private single room and the venue runs by reservation. There are seven courses from 60 to 120 minutes, and the menu is printed in Japanese alongside Korean.
