Sol Beach Yangyang

A 4-star certified resort with a seawater sauna. Features dry/wet dock saunas, foot bath, warm bath, hot bath, and cold bath. The sauna is located in The Mall (inside Ocean Play). With a Mediterranean resort concept, private beach, and exotic atmosphere, it works well for a sauna session after surfing or beach activities. Pet-friendly rooms available, with karaoke, game room, and more for families. The hot bath and warm bath use East Sea seawater; when seawater cannot be drawn in, the venue switches to mains water. The outdoor bath (nocheontang) is on the women's side only, so there is no outdoor bath in the men's sauna. Mixed-gender bathing is not permitted from age 4 up. Day visitors are welcome, not only resort guests. Admission is 15,000 KRW for adults and teens and 10,000 KRW for children, free under 36 months with proof of age. Resort guests get 30% off on weekdays and 20% at weekends. Discounts also apply for seniors, visitors with disabilities, residents of Sokcho, Goseong, Inje and Gangneung, and KB, Shinhan and Nonghyup cardholders (30% weekdays, 20% weekends). Sauna hours are 06:00-19:00 on weekdays and 06:00-20:00 at weekends and on public holidays. Elsewhere on site: the Ocean Play water park (indoor and outdoor, with a kids' pool), the resort's private beach, a restaurant, karaoke, a game room, table tennis and billiards. Free parking, accessible parking, a lift, laundry, Wi-Fi, towels and hair dryers are available, and Culture Nuri cards are accepted. The 2026 scheduled closure runs 9 to 13 March, five days.
