Gukilgwan Jjimjilbang Sauna

A men-only 24-hour jjimjilbang (Korean sauna lounge) in central Seoul, three minutes from Jongno 3-ga Station. It has a hwangtobang (yellow clay room) and a sleeping area, which makes it practical for late nights in the city centre. The facilities are on the basic side, but it is good value and a long-established spot used by neighbourhood regulars and business travellers. The entrance is on B2 of Gukilgwan Dream Palace at 96 Supyo-ro, Jongno-gu, 153 m from Exit 15 of the station, open around the clock all year. Admission is ₩12,000 by day and ₩14,000 at night, with the uniform rented separately for ₩1,000. Discounted tickets are sold through online platforms such as 11st. There is no car park, so public transport is necessary; cash and cards are accepted. The uniform is a matching short-sleeved top and shorts that everyone wears on the jjimjilbang floor. A hwangtobang is a dry Korean sauna room whose walls and floor are finished in yellow clay and warmed from beneath, so you simply sit inside. A separate sleeping room draws guests staying overnight downtown. Seshin (Korean full-body scrub) and a traditional Chinese massage shop also operate on the same floor. Note that the site is men-only, Wi-Fi is not provided, and late-night hours are described as the busiest.
