Café Kyowarabe (buffet breakfast) and Restaurant Rakuraku (kaiseki). Walking distance to Heian Shrine, Philosopher's Path, Eikando, Nanzenji. Check public bath reopening status before visiting.
Practical notes
According to the official notice, the large public bath is closed all day for renovation with no reopening date announced, so only the in-room bathrooms are usable. Parking has also been unavailable since 1 February 2026 because of the works. Guest rooms have been renovated and are on sale as normal. If you are going for the large bath or the stone-bed sauna, confirm before you travel.
