It occupies the first basement level of the Sulwhasoo flagship store on Dosan-daero 45-gil in Gangnam. This is an aesthetic salon rather than a bathhouse. Treatments are skincare-focused and grounded in the brand's Korean herbal philosophy, delivered one-on-one in private treatment rooms using the brand's own premium products. Prices start at ₩150,000, and 90-minute treatments start at ₩250,000 — a premium bracket worth factoring in before you book. The spa is open 10:00-20:00 and the boutique 10:00-19:00. The spa closes on the first Monday of each month, on January 1, and on Seollal and Chuseok; the boutique closes Sundays and Mondays. Reservations are required and can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. The B1 spa and the 4F Balance Spa take bookings on separate phone lines, so check which one you need before calling.
