Day One from Seoul Station: Head Spa, Then Myeongdong

01

At a glance — straight off the train, without going far

After a long flight, the first day is better spent letting your body recover than squeezing in sights. This route keeps travel to a minimum.

Arrival — airport railroad from Incheon to Seoul Station.
Afternoon — a head spa at Juno Hair Garden Seoul Station, on the station's third floor.
Evening — two stops on Line 4 to Myeongdong for a massage or facial, then dinner.

On your last day, simply run it in reverse: check out in Myeongdong, have a head spa at Seoul Station, then catch the airport train or the KTX.

02

Getting there — 43 minutes on the express, 59 on the all-stop train

· Express train (AREX Express): Incheon Terminal 1 to Seoul Station non-stop in 43 minutes (51 from Terminal 2), 13,000 KRW for adults. It needs a reserved-seat ticket — you can't just tap a transit card — and trains run less often, so check the timetable first.
· All-stop train: 59 minutes from Terminal 1, 4,750 KRW by transit card (5,350 KRW from Terminal 2). It also stops at Hongik University and Gongdeok.
· Arriving by KTX? Same building, same route.

Send big suitcases ahead to your hotel or leave them in a station locker — your treatment will be far more relaxing without them.

03

Afternoon — Juno Hair Garden Seoul Station, third floor

Juno Hair Garden Seoul Station — a head spa that starts with your scalp
This branch of Juno Hair sits in the "Market Zone" of Connect Place on the third floor of Seoul Station. By the salon's own account it is Juno Hair's top-selling branch, and staff speak English. The head spa begins with a scalp check and works through set steps, which is exactly what a scalp dried out by cabin air — and a stiff neck and shoulders — need.
· Premium Head Spa (15 steps), 90 min, 210,000 KRW
· Basic Head Spa (13 steps), 60 min, 180,000 KRW
· Treatment, 60 min, 158,000 KRW
· Cut, 50 min, 45,000 KRW
· Open 10:00–19:30
· Five Guys plus Mexican, Italian and Japanese restaurants are on the same floor, so lunch or dinner is sorted before or after.

First time? Go for the 60-minute Basic. Flew more than twelve hours? The 90-minute Premium is worth it. Prices are the salon's published rates, and you can pick a date and time on its page and pay by international card.

04

Evening — two stops on Line 4 to Myeongdong

From Seoul Station, Line 4 goes Hoehyeon, then Myeongdong. All four places below are LUWEI partners, so you can book on their pages and pay by international card.

· Full-body treatment, 90 min, 150,000 KRW
· Gold-mask facial course, 80 min, 150,000 KRW

Myeongdong Mud Spa — sauna included, body scrub and massage in one visit
· Back and foot massage, 90 min, 150,000 KRW
· Facial massage, 60 min, 120,000 KRW
· Basic body scrub (women only), 60 min, 80,000 KRW
· Sauna access is included — a good way to sweat out the flight.

Blue Arirang Myeongdong — dry pressure on the back, oil on the legs
· Dry back massage + aroma-oil leg massage, 90 min, 94,000 KRW
· Aroma-oil foot and leg massage, 60 min, 66,000 KRW
· Made for legs swollen from a long sit; staff speak Korean and Japanese.

SKINSPA Myeongdong — a facial for skin the plane dried out
· Basic care (pores, sensitive or breakout-prone skin), 50 min, 94,000 KRW
· One-to-one care from a director with thirty years' experience; consultations in English.

Heavy head? The Juno head spa alone is enough. Swollen legs? Blue Arirang. Stiff all over? Janggeum or Myeongdong Mud Spa.

Your last day — finish at Seoul Station

Check out, bring your bags to Seoul Station, have a head spa, then head off — your final afternoon doesn't go to waste. Book it so the treatment ends two to three hours before you need to leave.

Some airlines let you check in and drop bags at the City Airport Terminal inside Seoul Station. Check the AREX website in advance to see whether yours does.
