Why this order, a timetable, budget, how to book and a few Korean lines, based on venues' published information and what venues told us.
Short answer — this order and this timetable fit it all in one day
· 10:00 Jjimjilbang — Sparex Goodmorning City (right by Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, open 24 hours). Daytime adult 14,000 KRW, jjimjilbang clothes included. Sweat and rest for about two hours
· 12:00 Move and lunch — one stop on Line 4 to Chungmuro Station
· 13:30 Body scrub (private room) — La:Hin Chungmuro or ONA Myeongdong. Standard/basic scrubs from 99,000 KRW. Both are women-only
· 16:00 Head spa — near Myeongdong Station: Hair the Beau Myeongdong (Healing Spa, 30 min, from 40,000) or Juno Hair Myeongdong No.1 (Simple Scalp Care, 60 min, from 128,000)
· Evening, if you still have energy — Janggeum Spa Esthetic Myeongdong, full-body 90 min 150,000 (daily until 23:00)
The route is Dongdaemun History & Culture Park → Chungmuro → Myeongdong, all within two stops on Line 4. The minimum budget — jjimjilbang + basic scrub + 30-minute head spa — is 153,000 KRW.

Why jjimjilbang, then scrub, then head spa
It's the Korean bathhouse routine stretched over a day.
1. Warm up and sweat at the jjimjilbang first, so you move on with a relaxed body.
2. A scrub is normally done after soaking. Most private-room scrub shops include a bath in the course, so even straight from the jjimjilbang you soak again before they start.
3. Head spa last. Hair that got sweaty and wet at the jjimjilbang and scrub gets shampooed and blow-dried at the end, so you walk out tidy — ready for dinner or shopping.
Do the head spa first and your freshly done hair gets sweaty again at the jjimjilbang. If three stops is too much, just the scrub and head spa is plenty.
1) Morning — Sparex Goodmorning City, Dongdaemun (jjimjilbang)
There's effectively no jjimjilbang inside Myeongdong, so the closest option is two stops away on Line 4, at Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station.
· Where — B3, Goodmorning City, 247 Jangchungdan-ro, Jung-gu. Exit 13 of Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station leads straight to Goodmorning City; go in through Gate 1 and take the lift to B3
· Hours — 24 hours, open every day
· Fees — daytime adult 14,000 / night adult 16,000 KRW (jjimjilbang clothes included); children 7,000 daytime, 8,000 night
· Luggage storage — 20,000. Handy if you want to see DDP or the Dongdaemun markets first

2) Midday — a private-room scrub in Chungmuro or Myeongdong
From the jjimjilbang, Chungmuro is one stop on Line 4 and Myeongdong is two. If you'd rather not be seen by strangers, a private room is more relaxing than a public bath.

There's a room for two so you can go with a friend (say so when booking). Book via LINE, Naver booking or Instagram DM.
ONA Myeongdong — B1, 31 Myeongdong 4-gil, Jung-gu, about 3 minutes' walk from the station. 09:00–23:55. Basic scrub 99,000 / seaweed scrub 120,000 / scrub + massage course A 180,000 / scrub + gold massage course B 199,000 / special package 270,000. Naver booking or phone; per the shop's Instagram, LINE and Instagram DM too (replies 10:00–22:00).
Both are women-only; check each course's length when you book. Men usually get scrubbed at the scrub corner in a jjimjilbang or bathhouse men's section (see the men's guide below).

3) Afternoon — finish with a head spa in Myeongdong (+ an evening option)
After the scrub, walk over towards Myeongdong Station. If you just want your head loosened up, Hair the Beau; if you want proper scalp care, both places have options.

Tips
· Drink water often — you'll sweat a lot at both the jjimjilbang and the scrub
· Avoid going very full or very hungry — have a light lunch about an hour before the scrub
· Save the drinks for tomorrow — after a day of heavy sweating, take it easy
· Skin right after a scrub has just been rubbed, so give it a rest rather than stacking another strong treatment the same day
· If you're unwell or have a health condition, keep the hot rooms short, or skip them if unsure
· Book the scrub and head spa first and fit the jjimjilbang around them (the jjimjilbang needs no booking)
How to book — no Korean phone number needed
Head spa and evening treatment (the three LUWEI partners)

3. Pay by foreign card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, AMEX)
4. When the shop accepts, you get a confirmation email. If the shop doesn't reply in time, the booking is cancelled automatically with a full refund
Cancelling — full refund up to 24 hours before; after that, the shop's own refund rate applies, shown on the booking screen.
Scrub (La:Hin, ONA) — book directly with each shop via LINE, Naver booking or Instagram DM. The jjimjilbang (Sparex) needs no booking; just walk in.
