Practical notes
Now rebranded as Fairmont Spa. Ages 18 and up only. Facility access (3 hours) is CAD $129 per hotel guest and must be booked in advance; guests with treatment reservations get priority. Non-hotel guests may enter Monday through Thursday only, subject to availability, and must book by phone (1-800-404-1772) rather than online. From June 15 to September 15, only hotel guests or those holding a spa service booking can reserve facility access. Massage, facial and body treatments include 3 hours of facility access; salon services such as manicures do not, but access can be added for $69. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus 18% service charge and 5% GST.
