Short answer — after Lotte World, go one stop to Jamsilsaenae
Lotte World and Lotte World Tower sit right on top of Jamsil Station (Lines 2 and 8). One stop west on Line 2 is Jamsilsaenae Station, and there are two scalp-focused head spas a short walk from it.
· If you're done before evening — Yumea Head Spa. Scalp-type care from 79,000 KRW, basic 60 minutes 100,000 KRW. Open until 20:00, closed Tuesdays
· If you're out late — Hanbang Spa Jamsil. Herbal-water head spa, 40 minutes 50,000 KRW, with a foot bath. Open until 2am
· If you'd rather not leave the mall — Eco Jardin on B1 of Lotte World Tower Mall. From 180,000 KRW, last booking 20:00

Jamsil and Jamsilsaenae — getting your bearings
Jamsil Station — Lines 2 and 8. Lotte World Adventure, Lotte World Mall, Lotte World Tower and Seokchon Lake are all here.
Jamsilsaenae Station — one stop from Jamsil on Line 2 (westbound, towards Gangnam). Yumea is a few minutes' walk from exit 4, and Hanbang Spa Jamsil is on the 4th floor of a building near the station. The next stop after that, Sports Complex, is where Jamsil Baseball Stadium is, so it's an easy stop on the way back from a game too.
Your hair gets washed and dried, and makeup tends to smudge a little, so take your theme-park photos first.
Yumea Head Spa — courses by scalp concern, open until 20:00
Where — 1F, 22 Olympic-ro 12-gil, Songpa-gu. Come out of exit 4 at Jamsilsaenae, walk straight down the alley between McDonald's and Olive Young, and it's on the ground floor of the building with a GS convenience store.
Hours — Mon and Wed–Sun 11:00–20:00, closed every Tuesday.
Courses — scalp-odour care and flaky/dandruff scalp care 79,000 KRW each / sensitive scalp care 89,000 / Yumea basic 60 min 100,000 / signature 80 min 150,000 / seborrheic & psoriasis care 150,000. On weekday mornings there's a Morning Spa basic at 69,000, so you could also go before Lotte World. The scalp diagnosis is free with any care (25,000 on its own).
Reviews often mention people falling asleep during a couple's session, and the scent and products.
Good for — scalp concerns (itching, flakes, odour), two people together, days when you finish Lotte World by mid-afternoon.
Hanbang Spa Jamsil — open until 2am, 40 minutes for 50,000 KRW
Where — 4F, 32-14 Baekjegobun-ro 7-gil, Songpa-gu. Near Jamsilsaenae Station, in the building with 「팡메야 屋」 and a braised-chicken (닭도리찜) restaurant sign on the ground floor; the Hanbang Spa sign is higher up.
Hours — 10:00 to 2am. Even if you stay for the Lotte World parade, there's time left.
Courses — herbal-water head spa, 40 minutes from 50,000 KRW (scalp massage → herbal pack → herbal-water shampoo → herbal steam → neck and shoulders; the shop says a foot bath comes with it) / ear therapy 50,000 KRW (ear care done while looking inside the ear with an endoscope) / ear therapy + head spa + foot bath, 80 minutes 90,000 KRW.
Ear care is done by a Chinese therapist, so if Korean is hard you can say how strong you want it in Chinese.

Staying inside the mall — Eco Jardin and Spa Eir
Eco Jardin, Lotte World Tower branch — B1, Lotte World Tower Mall. 10:30–22:00, last booking 20:00. A head spa run by Park Jun Beauty Lab: you get a free AI scalp diagnosis first, then a care plan. Head spa from 180,000 KRW, 18-step stem-cell head spa 250,000 KRW. Every treatment includes a shampoo and blow-dry. The upside is not getting back on the subway; it's clearly pricier than the two Jamsilsaenae shops.
Spa Eir, Lotte World Mall — 6F, Lotte World Mall. Not a head spa specialist; body, facial and couple spa (deep relax body, 90 minutes 218,000 KRW). Last booking 20:30.
