Head Spa in Sinsa & Garosu-gil, Same Day? — A 30-Minute Session from 50,000 KRW Between Walks, and Scalp Specialists in Apgujeong Rodeo (Autumn 2026)

Short answer — on the day, "in the morning" and "30 minutes" work best

If you want a head spa in between strolls along Garosu-gil, the closest scalp-focused shop is Mosante Head Spa Gangnam, four minutes on foot from Sinsa Station. A 30-minute session is 50,000 KRW; the 60-minute session, which adds a massage, is 110,000 KRW. Open daily 10:00–21:00.

You can get in on the same day if there's a free slot. On a public holiday in October 2026, a guest asked in the morning and had an 11:00 slot confirmed within about an hour (a booking LUWEI arranged).

· Most scalp specialists in Seoul price their main courses at 100,000–150,000 KRW, so 30 minutes for 50,000 is a good way to try it
· For a fuller treatment, Hats Off in Apgujeong Rodeo (basic course from 100,000 KRW)
· For a quiet one-to-one room in Cheongdam, Blowblush (110,000 KRW per session, closed Sundays)

Mosante Gangnam, Mosante Hapjeong and Yumea are LUWEI partner shops (LUWEI earns a commission on bookings made through its pages). Prices and hours come from venues' published information and what venues told us; LUWEI did not try the treatments to check them.

Sinsa, Garosu-gil and Apgujeong Rodeo — getting your bearings

Sinsa Station — subway Line 3 and the Shinbundang Line. Garosu-gil is about a five-minute walk from exit 8. Mosante Gangnam is in a side street on the Nonhyeon-dong side across Dosan-daero, so it's on the opposite side of the station from Garosu-gil.

Apgujeong Rodeo Station — Suin-Bundang Line. Around ten minutes by taxi from Sinsa. Hats Off is about 560 m from the station.

Cheongdam — past the luxury-brand street. Take a taxi to Blowblush.

An easy route: shop on Garosu-gil → 30-minute head spa in Sinsa → a café in Apgujeong Rodeo, or the other way round. Your hair gets washed and dried, and makeup tends to smudge a little, so do the walk you want photos of first.

Mosante Head Spa Gangnam — 4 minutes from Sinsa Station, 30 minutes for 50,000 KRW

Where — 3F, 9 Dosan-daero 12-gil, Gangnam-gu (Nonhyeon-dong). It's the red-brick building opposite a white building, on the third floor — people often walk into the white one by mistake. For a taxi, show the address 「도산대로12길 9」.

Hours — daily 10:00–21:00.

Courses — 30 minutes 50,000 KRW / 60 minutes 110,000 KRW (with massage). The massage only comes in from the 60-minute course. The shop is built around hinoki-water therapy, and two people can be treated at the same time, so it works for friends or couples.

Paying — cards issued abroad are accepted. The shop told us Alipay and WeChat Pay are not. Cash is fine too.

Good for — just 30 minutes between walks, a first head spa, two people wanting the same time slot.

For a fuller treatment — scalp specialists in Apgujeong Rodeo and Cheongdam

Hats Off (Apgujeong Rodeo) — #107, 309 Apgujeong-ro, about 560 m from Apgujeong Rodeo Station. It opens early, 08:00–20:00, which suits anyone who wants a morning slot. Head spa basic 100,000 KRW, hair-loss recovery care 150,000, scalp lifting 200,000. It's described as combining a microcurrent device with hands-on work. Booking required; free parking in front of the building.

Blowblush (Cheongdam) — 10:00–19:00, closed Sundays. A one-to-one private room, 110,000 KRW per session. It's described as having run in the same spot for 30 years, and some reviews note the interior is on the older side. Bookings go through Kakao Hairshop.

Neither has a page for foreign visitors; bookings mostly go through Korean booking apps or Instagram DM.

Booking on the day — when, where, and the sentence to send

When — on the day, right after opening in the morning. The later past lunch, the fewer slots. The last evening slot is roughly an hour before closing for a 60-minute course.

Where — if the LUWEI page shows a booking button (partner shops), you can book and pay by card there. If there's no button, a short Instagram DM to the shop is the fastest.

The sentence to send (copy it and change the time):
오늘 오후 3시에 1명, 헤드스파 30분 코스 가능할까요? 외국인 관광객이에요.
(Is a 30-minute head spa possible for one person at 3 pm today? I'm a foreign tourist.)

Naver booking and Kakao often need a Korean phone number, which is where travellers get stuck. If neither a message nor a booking app works for you, LUWEI's booking concierge can make the call (paid, 50,000 KRW per trip).

On the day — arrive 10 minutes early / allow time for drying long hair / expect your makeup to smudge a little.
