Opened June 2024, Shinagawa Sauna is a men-only sauna & capsule hotel 1 min from Oimachi Station. Features KUU (25-person aufguss sauna) and ZEN (8-person meditation sauna with tatami booths). Rooftop outdoor bath and infinity chairs complete the experience. All facilities use nano water.

Practical notes

Aufguss schedule is fixed every 2 hours — time your visit. Nap Plan (10:00–15:00, ¥2,980) great for extended rest. Complete silence policy in all bathing areas.
