在韩国,喝酒后的第二天去桑拿是由来已久的生活习惯,而不是治疗。这里讲清楚它的来历、实际流程、几点去最合适,以及最要紧的安全事项 — 并附24小时门店的真实价格。

先从「해장」这个词说起

韩语里有一个词叫 해장(haejang),意思是让前一晚喝酒后不舒服的胃安顿下来。它常常出现在食物名里 — 해장국(解酒汤)、해장라면。当它接在桑拿后面,就成了「해장 사우나」。这也是聚餐文化浓厚的城市里,24小时桑拿密度格外高的原因之一。

先说清楚一点:桑拿不能治疗宿醉。目前并没有已知的方法能加快身体分解酒精,本文也不是医疗建议。韩国人第二天去桑拿,更接近习惯而非治疗 — 洗个澡、在温水里坐一会儿、在安静的地方睡一两个小时、喝一碗汤再离开,这是一整套恢复的日常。对外国访客来说有意思的正是这一点:整套流程大约十美元上下,而且凌晨四点也能进行。

安全第一 — 这三条请务必遵守

这是最重要的一节。顺序对了,其余就只是一个舒服的早晨。

第一,酒还没醒时不要进浴池或桑拿房。饮酒后不久就进入热水或高温房间是危险的,韩国很多门店会直接拒绝明显醉酒的人入场。先睡一觉,酒醒之后再去。

第二,先喝水,并且持续补水。馆内的饮水机几乎都是免费的。进热房前一杯、出来后一杯,是安全的节奏。

第三,短时多次。在高温房间里硬撑没有任何意义。进去5~10分钟就出来降温;若感到头晕或心跳加快,请立刻离开 — 尤其是独自前往时,选择离开而不是忍耐。

如有心血管疾病、处于孕期或正在服药,使用高温设施前请先咨询医疗专业人士。

实际流程 — 从进门到出门

韩国人实际的顺序大致如下,需要两到三个小时。

1. 在前台按「浴场+汗蒸」入场,领取手环。
2. 在更衣室脱衣,坐到洗浴位上先把身体洗干净。这一步的顺序最关键。
3. 在温水池里坐十分钟左右。不要一上来就进最热的池子。
4. 换上汗蒸服上到汗蒸楼层。黄土房、盐房这类中温房间,在这个早晨要合适得多。
5. 在睡眠室睡一到两个小时。这一步其实才是重点。
6. 在食堂喝点带汤的东西或一杯甜米露,用手环结账后离开。

这个早晨不必特意安排搓澡。状态不佳的日子里,它往往会成为负担。

几点去比较好

最安静的时段是工作日早上6点到9点之间。通宵的人已经去上班,白天的客人还没来,睡眠室这时最空。

要避开的是周五和周六晚上11点以后。那时睡眠室最挤,24小时门店的夜间加价(通常22:00~05:00,加收1,000~3,000韩元)也开始计入。比加价更麻烦的是很难安静地睡。

还有一点:不少24小时门店会在凌晨1点到4点之间放水清洗池子。这个时间到店,汗蒸区和睡眠室可以用,但浴池可能停用。若计划凌晨前往,先确认清洗时段为好。

去哪里 — 24小时门店的真实价格

这个早晨只需要三个条件:24小时营业、有睡眠室、地铁到得了。

• 西罗亚桑拿韩式汗蒸(首尔中区,首尔站附近)— 浴场8,000韩元/浴场+汗蒸10,000韩元,24小时全年无休。价格最低、规模较大,凌晨通常也有位置。
• Sparex 东庙店(首尔钟路区)— 白天14,000韩元/夜间16,000韩元,含汗蒸服,24小时。距东庙前站很近。
• 江边温泉乐园(首尔广津区)— 13,000~17,000韩元,24小时全年无休。江边站附近,首尔东部方便。
• 目洞帕拉贡水疗中心(首尔阳川区)— 10,000~15,000韩元,24小时全年无休。西南部的落脚点。
• Club K 首尔(首尔江南区·宣陵)— 平日15,000韩元/周末17,000韩元,24小时。适合江南聚餐后第二天的动线。
• RAPA 桑拿(首尔松坡区·梧琴)— 12,000韩元,24小时。松坡、蚕室一带。

外国客人常犯的五个错误

1. 没洗就进池子。这是韩国浴场里唯一真正的失礼。先坐下洗干净,再进池。
2. 直奔最热的房间。这个早晨,从中温房间开始要舒服得多。
3. 不喝水。饮水机几乎都免费,宁可多喝。
4. 睡醒立刻出门。身体还热着就走进冷空气里,容易头晕。换好衣服坐五到十分钟再走。
5. 超过12小时。很多门店超过12小时后按小时加收,多数人是在离场结账时才发现。

最后补一句:韩国桑拿里几乎没有交谈。安静是默认状态,所以一个人去完全不奇怪。若是第一次,建议同时读一读桑拿礼仪指南和「汗蒸房里用得上的韩语」,会顺利得多。
