Stays are booked through the official website or by phone. The free shuttle from Suanbo Oncheon Station must be reserved at least a day ahead. Towels and robes are provided, and the public bath (indoor plus open-air) is unlimited and free for guests. Lounge drinks and ice cream are also unlimited. Room names — Yusun, Gyeomhwa, Cheongsim and Sujeong — are taken from the virtues of the Confucian scholar Toegye Yi Hwang.
