The sauna floor has warm, hot and cold pools plus dry and steam saunas. The 7F indoor pool sits under a domed glass ceiling, runs in timed sessions, and a swim cap is mandatory. Aqua Haven keeps a 40°C-plus heated pool and themed jacuzzis year-round, and turns adults-only after 19:30. Under-13s need an accompanying adult, and tattoos must be covered with a rash guard. Waterproof diapers are required for children under 36 months. Guests on special packages get one free sauna visit for two people per night, though Deluxe and Superior rooms pay.
